２日ほど前に撮った写真ですが、お庭のお花をいくつか。

These photos are from a few days ago, but some update on the flowers in the garden.

 

１つ目の紫陽花が咲き始めました。

The first hydrangea started to flower.

ジャスミンも咲き始めました！とっても良い香りです。

Jasmine also started to flower, lovely fragrance.

 

ブラックベリーのお花も咲いていました。

Blackberries also started to flower.

 

ハニー・サックルもたくさん咲いていました。

Many honeysuckle flowers, too.

 

薔薇も１株だけですが、たくさん咲いています。なぜ、１株だけなんでしょうね。ひょろひょろと高く伸びてしまっているので、多分冬のうちに剪定しなくてはいけなかったのだと思います。

More roses are out.  Shame it’s only one bush. It probably should have been trimmed in winter, looking very tall just in the middle part.

 

ピオニーの蕾も大きくなってきました。

Peony’s buds are getting bigger.

 

その後気温が下がり、明日の朝は霜も降りるとか。お花もびっくりすることでしょう。ダメージがないと良いのですけど。ハーブは大丈夫かしら。

Then the temperature dropped and tomorrow morning we are expecting to have some frost.  The flowers will be very surprised!  I hope none of them get damaged.  I wonder if the herbs are going to be OK.
