今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Cheese and Caramelised Onion Pork Steak with Wedges and Garlicky Greens」（チーズとキャラメライズした玉ねぎとポークステーキ、ポテトとニンニク風味のグリーン野菜添え）でした。Hello Fresh ではついついアジア系を選んでしまうので、今回は意識して普通のものも選んでみたら、本当に普通でした（笑）。そして、少しポークが薄すぎるように思います。こちらでポークステーキと言うともう少し分厚いのが一般的だと思うのですが、日本のトンテキくらいの厚さでした。相変わらずポテトはたくさんついてくるので、今日は大きなポテトを１つ使わなかったのですが、ちょうど良かったです。お皿が大きいので（２９センチ）そう見えませんが、特にキャベツは大量です。

Today’s dinner was Cheese and Caramelised Onion Pork Steak with Wedges and Garlicky Greens from Hello Fresh.  As we tend to choose Asian food often, this time, we chose an “ordinary” menu – but it was really ordinary!  And the pork steaks were very thin, much thinner than, I think, what you would expect in general.  There were a lot of potatoes, though, as always and we left one for later and it was just about the right amount.  The plate is very large (29cm) so it doesn’t look so much, but it was quite a large portion, specially the cabbage.
