Sausage & Tomato Pasta


As there was some pasta sauce left, we used it for tonight’s dinner.  We sauteed onion & garlic, added fennel seeds, chilli flakes and slices of sausages from the freezer, added the left-over sauce and mixed with short pasta.  We ended up making too much sauce again, so froze a half of it.  This tends to happen when I try to use left-overs quite often.
