ジャパンセンターからあれこれオーダーしたので、大福餅もオーダーしました。明日中にいただかなくてはいけないので、早速今日のお茶の時間にお抹茶と一緒にいただきました。夫も大好きな大福餅です。

I made some orders from the Japan Centre and included Daifuku-mochi (Japanese rice cake sweets with Aduki bean filling).  They had to be eaten before end of tomorrow, so we had one each today at tea time with Matcha.  My husband loves Daifuku-mochi, too.

お抹茶用のお茶碗ではないものを使ってみたら底が広くないので、泡立たず、残念〜！この後、２杯目をお抹茶茶わんで点てました。

I used large cups that are not really made for Matcha and the shape was wrong so sadly I wasn’t able to make much bubbles.  I later made another cup for each of us using Matcha cups – much better.
