Ciabatta – Bread Machine


This time, I used the “Ciabatta” recipe of the new bread machine.






ummm, although the crumb has a little more air bubbles than the basic bread and the texture is very slightly different, it’s not very different.  Not Ciabatta at all.  Kind of ordinary bread you would find in a supermarket here, too stodgy.  Although I want to keep trying different recipes, we use 400 – 500g of flour for each loaf, which seems like a waste, and I’m finding it stressful to eat the bread I don’t enjoy.
