今週はお花は来ない週ですが、追加で「ベルベット・ノアール」という紫陽花をオーダーしました。ウェブサイトで見るともっと赤っぽい感じがしましたが、こっくりとしたパープルでした。今はiPhone でもそこそこ上手く撮れますし、画角的にもこういうときは撮りやすいのでついつい iPhone でちゃちゃっと撮ってしまいますが、濃い色はどうしても明るく写ってしまいます。

This week isn’t the week flowers are normally delivered but I made an extra order for “Velvet Noir Hydrangeas”.  On the website they looked a more reddish colour but they are dark purple.  It’s so easy to use my iPhone to take such photos so I tend to use that for the photos like this one now, but I have to say that dark colours come out much lighter than they actually are.

やはり、一眼レフの方が実際に近い色になります。実際にはこれより更に濃いパープルです。とても素敵な色合いです。

My big camera can show the dark colours better as I can make adjustments.  They are actually even darker than these photos show in real life.  Beautiful colours anyway.
