今日も寒い１日で、芝生の霜は１日消えないところが多かったですが。青空の明るいお天気でした。少しずつ日も長くなって来ていて、日没は４時１７分。

It was another cold frosty day all day and some parts of the lawn had frost that never melted, but it looked very bright with the blue sky.  The days are getting slowly longer, the sunset today was 4.17pm.

今日のディナーは、冷凍していたチリ・コンカーニでした。今週はスーパーのオーダーでパンをオーダーし忘れてしまいパンがなくなってしまったので、夫が大好きなガーリックトーストは作れず残念。パン焼き器で焼いたパンがあったと思ったのですが、今日のランチでなくなっていました。

Today’s dinner was Chilli Con Carne, we just defrosted some that we froze the other day.  I’d forgotten to order bread on the online supermarket order this week and I thought there was some of the bread I baked using the bread machine left but apparently we’d used all for lunch today – so sadly no garlic bread that my husband loves.
