Pasta With Onion, Pepper & Tomato Sauce


Today’s dinner was pasta – there was the sauce that we made for the Hamburg the other day still left in the fridge, so we added garlic, onion & red pepper and used it as a sauce for spaghettini.  I enjoyed it a lot as we don’t often have long pasta, my husband prefers short past to long.  However, my husband was saying he enjoys long past more than before now today, so maybe we can use long pasta more often.
