今日も１日寒かったのですが、明日から寒さが少し緩んでお天気もくずれるようです。

今日の夕食は、イタリアのトスカーナのお野菜と豆とパンが入ったボリュームたっぷりのシチューのようなスープ。カネリーニがなかったのでハリコビーンズを使ったのと、カボロネッロもなかったので代わりに日本のキャベツに似たスィートハートというキャベツを早めに加えました。最後に美味しいオリーブオイルをたっぷり加えていただきます。以前、ざっくりとしたレシピを書いています。

It was another cold day, but it looks like it’ll get warmer tomorrow though the weather isn’t going to be very good, some rain is expected soon.

Today’s dinner was Ribollita (Tuscan bean & bread soup), which is almost like vegetable, beans and bread stew, a very thick soup.  We used Haricot beans instead of cannellini beans and sweetheart cabbage instead of cavolo nero but the rough recipe is in my previous blog post.   A lot of good olive oil is added before you eat.
