冷凍庫がパンパンなので、余ったものを冷凍していたものを夕食にしました。それぞれ1人分ずつしかなかったので、夫とわたしと違うもの。夫はケルティック・チキン、わたしはチキンのビネガー煮。夫はパンと、わたしはライスと。添え野菜は、昨日人参が必要で行ったウェイトローズに人参がなかったので買った炒め物用のミックス野菜のブロッコリー、インゲン豆、ヤングコーン。
As our freezer is so full, we had dinner from the freezer to free up some space. There was only 1 small pack of each so my husband and I had two different meals at the same time. My husband had Celtic Chicken and I had Chicken in Vinegar. My husband had his with bread, I had mine with rice, both with steam stir-fried vegetables (I bought a bag of mix vegetables for stir-fry that included carrots as they didn’t have carrots that we needed yesterday at a Waitrose).
今日は、珍しくデザートも。ウェイトローズのスティーム・プディング。
Unusually we also had a dessert – Steamed Pudding from Waitrose.
