Ciabatta Bread


I baked Ciabatta bread again.  After I blogged the Ciabatta I baked for the first time, I baked them again with my husband but haven’t made them since.  The recipe and the video I referred to is all in the blog post from when I baked it first time.  I have a feeling the shapes were the best when I baked first time, this time they are a bit more puffed up.





They looked quite dark through the glass door of the oven so we took them out at 13 minutes, but when I checked the internal temperature it was a little lower than I wanted so we put them back for 2 more minutes, so they were baked for 15 minutes in total.





They are smelling delicious and it’s very tempting but I must resist!  We’ll have some tomorrow for lunch.
