Pasta With Italian Sausage & Tomato Sauce


Today’s dinner was pasta with Italian sausages.  We wanted to use some of the italian sausages we bought online from London, these are the ones with fennel and quite strongly seasoned.  When you just cook them simply in the oven or pan-fry they are very salty so I find them better in sauces or stews.


The sauce has onions, tin tomato, Italian sausage, rosemary, chilli flakes, a little cream – I learned this recipe at a cooking class in Singapore, very simple but tasty.  (The original recipe didn’t have chilli flakes but we cannot get hold of spicy Italian sausages so we put some chilli flakes to make it a little spicy.)
