Okonomi-yaki

少し涼しくなったので、今日の夕食はお好み焼きでした。いつものように最初に一銭焼き(薄めの生地を伸ばした上に天かす、青ネギ、紅生姜をのせて両面がカリカリになるまで焼いたもの)、そして巨大なお好み焼き。小麦の少なめ、キャベツ多めの軽いタイプ。美味しかったです!

Today’s dinner was Okonomi-yaki since it had been cool. As always, we made Issen-yaki first (crispy thin savory pancake), then a huge Okonomi-yaki. We like it with less batter, lots of cabbage so it’s nice and light. We enjoyed very much!
