今日の夕食は、以前作って余ったものを冷凍していたイタリアンソーセージと缶トマトのソースで和えたパスタでした。ニンニクと唐辛子をオリーブオイルでソテーして少し冷蔵庫に残っていた缶トマトの残りを少し煮てから、解凍したソースと混ぜました。ソースにはフェンネル入りのイタリアンソーセージと玉ねぎとローズマリーが入っています。

Our dinner tonight was Pasta with Italian Sausage & Tomato Sauce.  We used the sauce that we made and froze sometime ago, but refreshed it by sauteeing garlic and chilli first then adding some left-over tinned tomato that was in the fridge before adding the sauce.  In the sauce there was onion, Italian sausage with fennel and some rosemary.
