ガレージの上は、夫のロフト（ミュージックルーム）になっています。ここも、白い箱でした。写真ではわかりにくいのですが、壁は少しグレーがかった色に塗り直しています。ロフトに上がる階段には、夫が好きなレコードのカバーを額に入れて飾りました。日中は、わたしはクラフトルームに、夫はその上のロフトに籠っています。

Above my craft room, there is my husband’s loft.  It was again just a white box when we moved in.  It’s hard to see on the photos but the walls and the ceilings are now painted with a very light grey.  Along the walls of the stairs he hung some record album covers of his favourite jazz musicians in frames.  I am usually in my craft room and he is usually up here during the day.
