今日の夕食は、あるもので適当に作ったパスタでした。今日、週に１度のスーパーの配達がありりんご入りソーセージをオーダーしていたので、ソーセージと玉ねぎと赤と黄色のパプリカを缶トマトで煮込んだソース。パスタソースにはガッツリ味のイタリアンソーセージの方が合う気がしますが、まぁ、これはこれで普通に美味しくいただけました。

Today’s dinner was “kitchen sink” pasta.  We had a delivery from an online supermarket and had sausages in the fridge so we used them as well as onion, red & yellow pepper and tin tomato.  I feel Italian sausages, which have stronger flavour, work better in pasta sauce like this – but it was nice enough.
