Vegetable & Chick Pea Curry


As I had the French Baking Class from 3.00pm (it usually takes 2.5 to 3 hours, after which there is a mountain of washing up in the sink), I thought we wouldn’t have much time to cook dinner, so we had curry that we had frozen sometime ago.  It was vegetables and chick pea curry.  Things like curry and stews seem to get better while in the freezer and it was very good.




Of coures we had a dessert as well today – Chestnut Cake and Cookies.  Both delicious.
