Chicken With Curry Flavoured Mushroom Cream Sauce


Today’s dinner was Chicken with Curry Flavoured Mushroom Cream Sauce with Thinly Sliced Carrot Glace and Pan Fried Courgette.  I used the pasta sauce I learned on Zoom the other day, added some onion and mushrooms and used it as a sauce for chicken.  I cooked chicken in the way I often do – marinaded in lemon juice & olive oil, seared both sides in a frying pand and then cooked through in the oven for 11 minutes.    The sauce went well with the chicken and we enjoyed it.  The only problem was there was quite a lot of washing up to do – although the most of them went in the dishwasher.
