昨日は良くなったかに思えた偏頭痛が再びやってきて、これは数日続いてしまうかもと思いましたが、今日は大丈夫でした、良かった!
The migraine seemed better for a couple of hours last night but it came back, which made me think it may stay with me for a few days like it tends to do, but I’m OK today! Phew!
今日はランチタイムにしっかり食べて夜はサンドイッチ、という予定でした。ランチもサンドイッチでしたが、デザートにケーキを食べたのであまりお腹が空かず、予定通りにサンドイッチ。昨日の夜のスープの残りを少しと、玉ねぎのオムレツを挟んだサンドイッチ。レタスを挟むとシャキシャキ感が加わって美味しいのですがきらしてしまい、オムレツだけのサンドでした。
Our plan was to have a big meal at lunch time and have sandwiches in the evening. Although we only had sandwiches at lunch time (they only had light meals) we did have a piece of cake each as a dessert so we weren’t very hungry in the evening and had sandwiches as planned. A little soup was left from yesterday so we had that as well. Lettuce would have added nice crispy texture in the sandwich but we’d run out of lettuce so just omelette.
