Spaghetti Carbonara

It was very changeable weather today, some sun but sometimes very grey.  The temperature is going down as predicted, the lowest temperature is forecasted on one of the weather apps I use to be minus 7.  Really?  Wow!

Today’s dinner was Spaghetti Carbonara, which was very good.  When we cooked it last time (link to the recipe), we used 80g of spaghetti per person and thought it was a little too much (because the sauce is quite rich) and we used 70g per person today – but it felt we could have had a little more.  Maybe 80g per person is better after all.  The recipe says 150g of pancetta but we had 2 packs of 55g each today and used just 1 pack, which seemed enough to us.  We also reduced the amount of Parmesan cheese.
