It was cold again today, but didn’t get below 0C so the frost was gone.  I didn’t go out today, stayed home all day, which was lovely.


Today’s dinner was Bibimbap, we used the left-over steak from the other day (my husband finished his but I left mine about 1/3).  I have learned authentic recipes at cooking classes and we can always find one on youtube but you cannot get all the vegetables necessary here easily enough and the kochujyan I can get hold of is a bit too spicy so I sort of make up my own version. I have written the basic recipe before.  We do stir-fry each vegetable separately although we stir-fry a couple of vegetables at a time in the same frying pan.  We enjoyed it very much.
