Madeleines Aux Framboises (French Patisserie Lesson)


As I wrote the other day, I made a mistake with the date of my French Baking Class this month and missed the Zoom lesson, so my husband and I (my husband helped me a little) baked “Madeleines Aux Framboises (Raspberry Madeleine) today.  This type of cake(?) is easy to bake and delicious.  To be honest, I’m not a big fan of madeleines because I find the ones I’ve bought to be too dry for me, but when you bake them at home they are good.  With raspberries inside, they are slightly tart, crispy outside and very soft inside, so good.  We baked 6 and they are all gone!  I’ll bake them again soon.
