It was quite nice and sunny until a little after lunch but then it started to get cloudy and rained a little.  However, it’s nice that we are getting some sun now unlike until quite recently, when it would rain all day long.


Today’s dinner was Tonkatsu, we use pork fillet for this.  I start frying from a low temperature, raise the temperature slowly and when they are nice and brown they are done, I find this is the fool-proof way to cook Tonkatsu.
