タクシーのお迎えは１２時に予約していますが、９時ごろから用意が出来ていました。というのは、ベッドのシーツを変えて、使っていたシーツ類や今朝使ったバスタオルなどのお洗濯をしてしまいたかったから。イギリスの乾燥機、すごく時間がかかって２時間もかかるのです。洗濯１時間、乾燥２時間。

We booked a taxi to take us to Heathrow at 12:00pm, but we’ve been ready since 9:00am.  We just wanted to change the bedding, then wash the ones that we took off as well as towels etc that we used this morning.  Tumble drier here takes forever, almost 2 hours.  1 hour for washing, 2 hours for drying.

今朝は少し雨が降りましたがすぐにやんで、今は明るくなって来ています。もうすぐ、出発です！

It rained  a little this morning but stopped soon and it’s getting brighter now.  The taxi should be here soon.
