今日は久しぶりに青空が見えたので、サクッとランチをしてから West Dean Gardens に歩きに行きました。昨日雨だったので場所によっては泥濘んでいたので、余り泥濘んでいないところを２キロちょっと歩いて、いつものようにカフェでお茶とケーキ（胡桃とコーヒーのケーキをシェアー）。昼間でも４度と寒かったのですが太陽が出ていたので苦になるほどの寒さではなかったです。（今日、明日はマイナスまで下がるらしい。）

It was lovely weather today and great to see the blue sky – so we went out after a quick lunch to walk in West Dean Gardens.  It rained yesterday so some paths were very muddy so we just walked the non-muddy parts for a little longer than 2km, then had tea and a slice of Walnut & Coffee cake (shared).  The temperature was 4C at the highest, so quite chilly but not too bad because of the sun.  (It’ll get below zero today and tomorrow.)
