今日のディナーのレストランには、ヴァポレットに乗って。夕方のヴァポレットからの景色も素敵。
We took a vaporetto along the Grand Canal to get to the restaurant we had dinner at today. I love the view from a vaporetto in the evening, too.
今日のディナーは、「Al Nono Risorto」で。ここもどなたかのブログかサイトでお勧めとされていたところ。
前菜は、ビーフのカルパッチョ、ベニス風ソースをシェア。ベニス風ソースは何かお聞きしたところ、マヨネーズ、レモン汁、塩胡椒のソースとのことでした。わたしはニンニクやハーブを使ったカルパッチョが好きなので、これはあまりにもシンプル過ぎて好みではなかったですが、シンプルが好みな方も多いのでしょうか。メインは、夫はニョッキのラディッキオとゴルゴンゾーラのソース。わたしには塩辛すぎでしたが、夫は美味しいと食べていました。わたしはパパデッレのラグー。ソースは個人的にはもう少しトマトソースが多目が好みですが、がっつりお肉っぽいラグー。パスタはシコシコしていてとても美味しかったです。ただ、量が多くて、半分でギブアップ。デザートは、パンナコッタをシェア。かなり緩いフルフルでわたしは好きな食感でした。パンナコッタっぽくはなかったですが。ソースはカラメルソースっぽいもので、かなり甘かったです。ガス入りのお水とカラフの赤ワインもオーダーしてエスプレッソもオーダーして€80だったので、イギリスに比べて随分お安いですし、ベニスの相場からもお手軽な方だと思います。
For dinner this evening we went to “Al Nano Risorto”.. It was also a place recommended in someone’s blog or website.
To start we shared Beef Carpaccio with Venetian Sauce. We were told that the Venetian Sauce is mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. I found it a little too plain for me, I prefer carpaccio with garlic, herbs etc. I guess many people prefer it plain. For the main, my husband had Gnocchi with Radicchio & Gorgonzola Sauce, which I found too salty but my husband loved. I had Pappadelle with Ragu. It was quite a meaty sauce, I prefer it to have more tomato content myself but I’m sure many prefer it this way. I enjoyed the pasta itself as it had a nice bite but with no hard bits. For the dessert we shared Panna Cotta, which had just enough gelatin to set but was still quite loose. I did enjoy it because I like that sort of texture even though I didn’t think it was very Panna Cotta texture. The sauce was Caramel type but runny and very sweet.
It was €80 including a bottle of sparkling water, a carafe of red wine as well as 2 espresso so I would say very respectable for Venice and comparing to the UK.

本島よりも周りの島の方が人も少なくて好き。
私も現地に住んでる方のブログでイタリア語で「黒猫」というレストランを知って、ホテルフロントでも「あそこは美味しい！」とお墨付きをもらい、予約してもらおうと思ったけれど満席で。
もしまた行く機会があったら、絶対に早めに予約していくつもりです！
パッパルデッレも好き〜！
水上バスからの眺め、良いですよね。
他の島は知らないのですが
ムラノ島は今やすっかり観光客だらけで
本当と同じく凄い人です。
もう、今はどこもそんな感じですね。
それでも本当には沢山横道があるので
そういう道を歩くと静かです。
レストラン、検索して見ました、
やはり魚介類が殆どなのと
高級レストランのようです。
