Chermoula Chicken and Warm Panzanella Pasta Salad (Hello Fresh)

Still quite good weather.  At this moment, there are no rain marks for the next 2 weeks, but of course the forecast seems to change many times a day so we don’t really know what will happen.  The expected temperature keeps changing as well and it now says 25C and 26C for many days next week, which is a few degrees higher than what it showed just yesterday.  I don’t know if 26C is hot enough to call it a heatwave but when that sort of temperature continues for many days it will feel very hot.  Of course, it’s expected to be hotter in London, 30C.

今日の夕食は、Hello Fresh の「Chermoula Chicken and Warm Panzanella Pasta Salad with Harissa, Baby Plum Tomatoes and Ciabatta Croutons(チェルムラ味のチキンと暖かいパンツァネッラとパスタのサラダ、ハリッサ、ミニトマト、チャバタのクルトン)」でした。

Today’s dinner was “Chermoula Chicken and Warm Panzanella Pasta Salad with Harissa, Baby Plum Tomatoes and Ciabatta Croutons” from Hello Fresh.  Chicken breast was seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper & Chermoula spice mix and cooked in the oven.  Baby plum tomatoes and red onion were also seasoned and cooked in the oven, so was ciabatta, ripped into small pieces to make croutons.  When all is cooked you mix it all as well as cooked pasta and rocket and toss in a dressing made of harissa paste, cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt & pepper, then topped with then sliced chicken breast.  Although we would have liked it with more vegetables instead of pasta or bread, as having both pasta & bread isn’t ideal, it was very tasty.  We enjoyed it with a half bottle of Cremant.
