お友達がお２人、カード作りに来られました。水彩画もですが、カード作りも久しぶり。とは言え、今日はわたしは１枚も作らずおしゃべりだけしていたのですが。

2 friends came to make cards today.  Like Edith my watercolours, this was the first card making since the middle of April when I went to Japan.  Having said that, I didn’t make any cards today, I just gave some assistance and chatted with them.

お１人は今日は仕上がらず、次回に持ち越し。もうお１人はご用があっていらしたのは３時過ぎでしたが、見事に２枚完成！ハートと小鳥にグロシーアクセントをつけるのですが、乾くのに時間がかかるのでこれだけは次回に持ち越しです。

1 friend wasn’t able to finish her 2 cards that were almost done – she’ll finish them next time.  The other friend joined us a little after 3.00pm but finished 2 cards, except that she’ll have to put Glossy Accent on the birds and the large heart next time.  She could have done that today but they wouldn’t dry for ages so we left them as they were.
