今年もクリスマスツリーのオーダーの時期になりました。イギリスではあまり早くツリーを飾らないのが普通なのでまだオーダーしたくないのですが、遅くなるとなくなってしまうので今日オーダーして来ました。それでも、欲しいサイズのものはあまりなかったように思います。そして、結構トリミングしてあって全体にすらっとした形のものが多かったです。わたしたちはもう少しどっしりした感じが好みなのですが。

It’s time to order a Christmas tree again.  In England, people in general don’t have a tree until much closer to Christmas, but we didn’t want to leave it too late to get a decent one like a couple of years ago, so we made an order today.  We didn’t see many tall ones and most of them were shaped very thin for some reason, we prefer a little larger towards the bottom but we had no choice on this.

来週土曜日に届きます。飾りつけは、日曜日かな。

It’ll be delivered on Saturday next week, so I guess we’ll be decorating it on Sunday.
