今日の夕食は、昨日レストランでオーダーしたステーキの残ったものでタイ風ビーフサラダにすることにしました。サラダだけでは物足らないかもと、食後にチーズ。

Today’s dinner was Thai inspired Beef Salad to use up the left-over steak from last night.  We also had some cheese after that.

ステーキはスモーキーなグリルの香りが強すぎるくらいついていて気になりましたが（少しだと美味しいのですがこれまでにない香りの強さ）、臭みも出ていず、柔らかく、美味しかったです。

By some reason the steak smelled very strongly of smoky grilled smell, never had it this strong and it was overwhelming but apart from that it was tender and very nice.

黒っぽいのは、イタリアのお友達からいただいた特別なペコリーノ。その奥はクリスマスの集まりの時にスフレに使ったスティルとんの残り、その右横はブリー、手前はゴートチーズ。

The black coloured one is Pecorino our Italian friend gave us when we met last week in Thailand, the one behind is left-over Stilton from Christmas gathering that I used for the souffle, the right one from that is Brie, and in front of that is goat cheese.
