Soft Tacos



Today’s dinner was Soft Tacos.  Chilli Con Carne (that I froze the last time when I cooked it), lettuce, tomato, guacamole, onion, taco sauce and cheese (for my husband).  I warm up tortilla by steaming it in a Chinese steaming basket because this way tortilla is soft and kept warm until we finish all.  Today’s tortilla was made of whole wheat.  I feel this way we feel full even though we eat much less quantity when we eat Chilli Con Carne and rice (and often garlic bread as well).

We enjoyed it but I kept thinking something was missing.  When we finished almost all, I remembered.  I forgot Coriander Leaves!!  It would have been more delicious with coriander leaves.  I forget so many things…..
