今日のディナーは、「Terra, Tokyo Italian」に行きました。昨日まで今日のディナーの場所が決まらず、そろそろ春のメニューに変わっているはずなので Terra に行きたいけれど、今からじゃ無理でしょうね、と思いつつ予約のページを開けてみると昨日の夜でも予約を入れることが出来ました。キャンセルでも出たのかなと思いましたが、今日行ってみると結構空いていました。ちょっと心配になりましたが、春休みでたまたま空いていたのでしょうか。

We had dinner at “Terra, Tokyo Italian” today.  We hadn’t decided where to go until last night.  We thought we should go to Terra as we hadn’t had their spring course this year yet, but we didn’t think it would be available – surprisingly it was so we made a booking late last night.  I wondered if perhaps there had been a cancellation but it wasn’t busy today, maybe not many people are around because of the spring break?  Hope that’s the reason why it was quiet.

We had their cheapest course, which is S$168.

フォカッチャ。

Focaccia.

アミューズは、高知の甘いトマトとシソのソースとパルメジャーノ。本当に甘いトマトでした。

The amuse was sweet tomato from Kochi, Japan, with shiso sauce and Parmesan.  The tomato was so so sweet!

夫の１皿目は、かつお。特に高級なかつおだそうです。

My husband’s 1st course was special Bonito from Japan.

わたしは、カルパッチョにマッシュルームとプンタレッラ（イタリアの苦味がありしゃきしゃきしたお野菜）。

Mine was Beef Carpacio with mushroom and Puntanella.

夫の２皿目は、海老とグリーンキャビアとカラスミ。

My husband’s 2nd dish was Prawn with Green Caviar and Bottarga (karasumi).

わたしは、ホワイトアスパラガスとブルーチーズ。

Mine was white asparagus with blue cheese.

３品目は、２人ともジョルサレムアーティチョークのスープと長期熟成の生ハム。

Our 3rd dish was Jerusalem artichoke soup with cured ham.

夫の４品目は、蟹のパスタ。

My husband’s 4th dish was King crab pasta.

わたしは、たけのこ、そらまめ、春きゃべつのパスタ。

Mine was pasta with bamboo shoot, broad bean and spring cabbage.

５品目は２人とも、黒豚のリゾット。

Our 5th dish was Risotto with black pork.

メインは２人とも、ヴィール（仔牛）。

Our main was veal.

デザートは、ヨーグルトのアイス、ナッツのタルト、きんかん。

The dessert was Yoghurt Ice Cream, nut tart and kumquat.

赤ワイン１本、ガス入りのお水１本とで合計５３５ドルほど、でした。

With a bottle of red wine and a bottle of sparkling water, it was about S$535.
