Soup & Salad

今日の夕食は、スープとサラダ。スープは以前多めに作って冷凍していた、モロッコのハリラスープ(レシピはこちら)。サラダは、いろいろサラダ。今日はチョリソー、ポテト、トウモロコシ、トマト、アボカド、きゅうり、玉ねぎ、菜っ葉類、コーニション、ゆで卵、パプリカ。どちらも少し多かったので、明日の夫のランチボックスになって冷蔵庫で待機中です。

Today’s diner was Soup & Salad.  The soup was Moroccan Haria (the recipe is here).  The salad was a sort of Kitchen Sink Salad – chorizo, potato, sweet corn, tomato, avocado, cucumber, onion, cornichon, boiled egg, yellow pepper.  Both have some left-over, which will be my husband’s lunch in the office tomorrow.
