Pasta with Zuccini & Caper – Cooked By My Husband

昨日の夕食は、先週わたしが作った『River Cafe Cook Book Easy』という料理本の「ズッキーニとケイパー」のパスタ。わたしが作った時はトマトをマリネするのを忘れたり唐辛子を忘れたりでイマイチだったとがっかりして(最近はレシピで確認していても読み飛ばしてしまうようで忘れることが多々あるという悲しい状況です)、夫が作ってくれたのの方がずっと美味しかったと言ったので作ってくれたみたいです。唐辛子の種を抜いたそうで余り効いていなかったのが残念でしたが、わたしが作ったのよりずっと美味しかったです。

Yesterday’s dinner was “Zucchini and Capers” (pasta with tomatoes, zucchini, capers, dried chilli…) from “River Cafe Cook Book Easy“.  I cooked it last week but I forgot to marinade tomatoes and also forgot to put a dried chilli and it wasn’t so good.  I told my husband it was delicious when he cooked it, I guess that’s why he chose it for dinner yesterday.  He didn’t use seeds of the chilli so it hardly had any kick, which we missed, but it was way more tasty than when I made it.
