ランチの後でマークス＆スペンサーズに寄ってお花を買いました。わさわさとたくさん葉っぱがついていたので取り除いてまとめ直しをしたらずいぶん小さくなってしまいましたが、まぁまぁかな。

After the lunch in Chichester, we bought a bouquet of flowers in Marks & Spencers.  There were a lot of leaves so after stripping them off and making the flowers into a bouquet, it looked a lot smaller than when we bought it, but it looks nice enough.

今日は曇りがちでしたが、ランチから戻った頃から陽が射してきて良いお天気になりました。最近は日が長くなり、今日の日没は９時１５分。でも、結構風があって外に座るには寒いです。

It was quite cloudy today but when we came back from lunch the sun came out and it’s been looking lovely outside since then.  The days are getting very long and the sunset is now 9.15pm.  Unfortunately, it’s quite breezy and cold to sit outside.
