今日の夕食は、イタリアンソーセージの煮込みでした。以前作った時にレシピのリンクと共に書いていますが、ケチャップは入れずに缶トマトを入れました。前回はウスターソースの量を減らしましたが今回はレシピ通りに入れたら、やはり味が濃くなりすぎたので、減らした方が良いと思います。

Our dinner today was Italian Sausage Casserole.  When we cooked it last time I put the link to the recipe and wrote that we used tin tomato instead of ketchup and that’s we did this time as well.  However, the last time we used less Worcestershire Sauce but this time we used the full amount and it was a little too salty, so it’s better to use less Worcestershire Sauce.
