Pasta With Tomato & Pancetta


Today’s dinner was pasta with what we had at home.  There was some left over from a tin of tomatoes in the fridge and also lots of fresh mini tomatoes, so we wanted to use them – so we made tomato & pancetta sauce.  As well as tomatoes and pancetta, we used garlic, onion, chilli flakes, basil, salt, pepper, and grated on some parmesan cheese after plating.  Very simple but very tasty.
