Bruschetta With Left-Over Pasta Sauce


There was some pasta sauce of the Broccoli & Pea Cream Sauce that we made yesterday left over and we are going to be in London from tomorrow for a few days so we used it on bruschetta with some tomato, pine nut & coriander leaf on top.  I added a little bit of the cooking water of broccoli so the sauce will cling to the pasta nicely yesterday so it tasted very slightly watery as a topping for bruschetta but it was good enough.
