今日の夕食は、昨日のお友達とのディナーに作ったモロッコ料理の余り物でした。どれも翌日も美味しくいただけるものばかり、と言うのも、このメニューの良いところです。今日も、お庭でいただきました。ミートボールはソースが少なくなっていたので、ソースだけは缶トマトの残りとスパイスを適当に加えて増やし、今日は卵を落としていただきました。美味しかったです。

Today’s dinner was yesterday’s dinner party’s left-overs.  Everything we had yesterday still tastes good for the following few days so they were all good.  We had it in the garden again.  There wasn’t enough sauce of the meatballs so we added the left-over tin tomatoes from yesterday and some spices so we got more sauce and added eggs as well.  Everything was very tasty.
