昨日の夕食に作った「鶏肉スパイスサラダ」の残りは、今日のランチにフランスパンに挟んでいただきました。夫は、ベトナム風にレバーパテも挟んで。フランスパンがベトナムのものとは違うので多少違和感はありますが、美味しくいただきました。

We used the left-over “Chicken Spice Salad” in a Vietnamese style sandwich, my husband had it with a spread of liver pate like the authentic Vietnamese sandwich.  The bread is a bit different but it was still good.
