やっと写真の同期が出来ました！

昨日は、午後からの有料のエクスカーションに参加しました。午後1時15分出発して午後6時前に戻ってきました。寄港している港リボルノはフィレンツェから1時間以上かかるところにあり、フィレンツェへのエクスカーションもいくつかありましたが、わたしたちはフィレンツェには何度か行っているので今回はまだ行ったことがなかったルッカへのツアーに参加しました。港からルッカまで1時間程度。それまでバスの中でガイドさん（正式な観光ガイドさんではないのでルッカの街をガイドすることは出来ないそう）の説明を聞き、ルッカではバスを降りるところから自由時間後に集合する場所まで連れて行っていただき、後は集合時間まで各自自由に過ごす、というツアーで、自由時間は2時間半くらい。簡単に見所に印をつけた地図もいただけます。

Yesterday, we took a paid excursion in the afternoon, which left the port at 1:15pm and got back a little before 6:00pm. The port we were at, Livorno, is more than an hour from Florence but there were quite a few excursions to Florence. However, we’d been to Florence a few times before so this time we decided to take an excursion to Lucca, as we hadn’t been there. It was about an hour to Lucca on the coach and the guide (not an officially licensed Lucca tourist guide so she wasn’t allowed to guide us in the town itself) gave us some explanation of the area and told some interesting stories during the drive there, then took us from where we were dropped off by the bus to where we would be meeting after our free time. We had about 2.5 hours of free time and she gave us a map with some must-see places marked.

ルッカはそれほど大きな街ではないのでぶらぶら歩いて2時間くらいで周れる感じでした。わたしたちは、途中、ジェラートを食べたり、トイレ休憩を兼ねてカフェでビール（わたしはお水）を飲んだりしましたが、大体ぐるっと回ることが出来ました。

Lucca isn’t a large town and I would say you can walk to most places in about 2 hours. We had gelato at one place and had beer (water for me) at a cafe,but I think we went to most of the places marked on the map.

ニースでもそうですが、ルッカも藤の花が満開で、とても良い香りがしていました。

As we saw in Nice, the Wisterias were in full bloom and very fragrant.
