今日もお天気が悪く、１日曇っていました。しばらく、余り太陽は出ないみたいです。この時期のイギリスは、仕方ないです。

It was very grey day again, it doesn’t look like we’ll see much sun for a while.  I suppose this is normal for this time of year in England.

今日の夕食は、パスタ。ソースは、イタリアン・ソーセージのソースでした。イタリアン・ソーセージ、玉ねぎ、ニンニク、チリフレーク、ローズマリー、チリオイル。イタリアン・ソーセージにはフェンネルが入っています。ショートパスタなので、夫は大喜び。美味しくいただきました。

Today’s dinner was pasta with Italian sausage sauce.  I used Italian sausages, onion, garlic, chilli flakes, rosemary, chilli oil, the Italian sausages have fennels.  My husband was very happy that we used short pasta, it was very tasty.

クリスマス用にキャンドル・アレンジメントをオーダーしたのですが、届いたら白い薔薇の花が枯れかけていて色も茶色くなり始めていたので写真と一緒にご連絡したところ、お詫びに花束をお送りするかクーポンをお送りしますということだったので、このアレンジメントをリクエストしました。とても綺麗で気に入っていますが、プレゼントにお送りするときはこのサイトを使うことはないかも、と思います。プレゼントのお花の状態が悪くても送り主に伝えるかどうか、伝えられないかもしれませんから。

I ordered a candle arrangement for Christmas but when it arrives the white roses were already fading and some of the petals were already brown, so I sent a photo to them.  They replied saying they will send us a bouquet or coupon as an apology so I requested this arrangement, which is looking beautiful.  Although this arrangement arrived very fresh and looking beautiful I probably won’t order one to send to someone as a present because I do worry that the recipient may not let me know if it isn’t fresh.
