ということで、やっと昨日、ツリーの飾りをしました。夫は早くからツリーを飾るのを嫌がるので、大体今頃になるような気がします。生のツリーなので早く飾りすぎると早く乾燥してしまいますしね。

So we finally decorated the tree yesterday.  My husband doesn’t like having a tree too early so I think we usually get it around this time of year.  Besides, the tree would get too dry if we bought it much earlier.

今年はピンクにしました。リビングルームのインパクトがある椅子がピンクですし、他にもピンクが点在しているのでお部屋に合う色だと思います。（ピンクだけでは足りないのでコッパー色と混ぜています。）淡めの色が多いのでもう少し濃い目の色のものも欲しいのですが、なかなか見つかりません。また、辛抱強くネット検索をして探そうと思います。

I decided to have pink decorations this year, I think the colour scheme goes well in this living room because the chair near the tree is in pink and there is pink here and there in the room.  (We did mix the pink with copper because we don’t have enough pink decorations.)  The majority of the decorations are in lighter pink than darker and I would like more darker ones but I haven’t been able to find any.  I will continue searching online so we can add more.
