ロンドンでは昨日雹が降ったそうで（今日はどうだったのでしょう）、こちらでは今日少し雹が降りました。変なお天気で、少し雨が降ってやみ、雹が降ったと思ったら雨に変割、数分後にはすごく晴れ、そんなお天気でした。でも、気温は今日も低いです。昨日も夜は暖炉に火を入れました、そろそろ暖かくなってほしい。

I saw that it hailed in London yesterday, I wonder if it did today, too.  We did have some hail here today though only for a short time.  It rained, then cleared, then hailed, which changed to a heavy rain, then became very sunny very quickly.  Strange weather.

昨日書き忘れましたが、昨日は「Runcton Farm Shop Cafe」にランチに行って、ついでにファームショップで少しお買い物もしました。ランチを作るのに時間をかけたくないこともあってランチは夕食以上にマンネリで、時々出かけたくなります。

I forgot to write yesterday but we went to “Runcton Farm Shop Cafe” yesterday and did a little shopping at their farm shop.  I don’t feel like spending a lot of time for cooking lunch so we tend to have very limited variety of lunches so now and again we want to go out.

わたしは「今日のスープ（赤パプリカとトマトのスープ）」にしました。ちょっと塩辛かったですが、まずまずでした。

I had “Today’s Soup”, which was red pepper & tomato.  It was a little too salty but I was able to have it.

夫は、ソーセージとチョリソとオーゾとゴートチーズのサラダ。バルサミコ酢がかかり過ぎかな、と思いましたが、まぁ、美味しかったです。夫は４分の３くらい食べてお腹いっぱいということで、わたしの少しだけ残っていたスープとパンと交換して残りはほとんどわたしが食べました（少し残しましたが）。ソーセージがたくさん入っていて、１人分には多すぎる量でした、

My husband had Sausage, Chorizo, Orzo & Goat Cheese Salad.  I thought it had a little too much balsamic vinegar but it was quite good.  My husband had enough of it by the time he’d had about 3/4 so we swapped (I had a little soup and bread left) and I did almost finish the rest.  There was so much sausages, a little too large portion for a person.
