Rigatoni with Beef & Mushroom Ragu



Tonight’s dinner was Rigatoni with Beef & Mushroom ragu.  The sauce is very much like Bolognese sauce but it has a small amount of beef and a lot of fresh mushrooms with some dried porcini.  My friend who is a chef and the owner of a restaurant in Hong Kong taught me years ago and it’s now one of the most cooked meals in our household.
