The dinner my husband cooked tonight was Delia Smith’s “Spanish Pork” – he follows her (now quite old) recipe but uses red pepper instead of green.  Basically it’s pork cooked in tomato, red pepper and olives.  It’s one of the recipes he likes cooking.  It tastes different each time, depending on the pork and olives, even when he measures everything – he used olives with stones in today (I find the ones without stones are often watery and tasteless) so the sauce was specially good, the pork was also very tender and tasty.
