Pancake Cannelloni

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、夫の得意料理のパンケーキ・カネロニでした。Delia Smithのレシピで、ラグー(ミートソース)をパスタのカネロニの代わりにパンケーキ(日本でいうクレープ)でくるくる巻いて上からホワイトソースをかけてオーブンで焼いたものです。トロッとしたホワイトソースと柔らかいクレープが一体になって美味しい!

Dinner my husband cooked today was Pancake Cannelloni from Delia Smith’s recipes.  It’s like cannelloni but instead of pasta you use pancakes (what we call crepe in Japan).  I love how the soft pancake and white sauce work together.  It’s one of the dishes my husband makes most often. Delicious!
