今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、パンケーキ・カネロニでした。夫の得意料理ですが、ちょっと久しぶりな気もします。Delia Smith のレシピ。カネロニの代わりにパンケーキ（日本でいうクレープ）でミートソースを包んで、上からホワイトソースをかけてオーブンで焼いたものです。いつものように、とても美味しかったです！

Today’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s Pancake Cannelloni.  Instead of cannelloni, pancake (what we call Crepe in Japan) is used to wrap meat sauce, it’s covered with white sauce then baked in the oven.  Excellent as always.
