Macaroni au Gratin (Delia Smith)

今日夫が作ってくれた夕食は、Delia Smith “Macaroni au Gratin”。いつもはリークとベーコンが入って上にパン粉をかける「Penne with Leeks and Bacon」はよく作ってくれますが、これは初めて。こちらの方がチーズたっぷりで濃厚、ホワイトソースではなくチーズソースという感じ。わたしはもう少し軽めの、いつものリーク入りの方が好き。

Tonight’s dinner my husband cooked was Delia Smith’s “Macaroni au Gratin“.  He has made “Penne with Leeks and Bacon” many times but he made this one for the first time.  This is much heavier with more ratio of cheese and no crispy bits of bread crumb.  I prefer the usual, sorry!
