今日の夕食は、南蛮亭に行きました。ちょっと久しぶりな気がしましたが、３月中旬に行っていました（笑）。旅行から帰ってくるとそれまでの１、２ヶ月がすごく長かったような気がします。日本から戻ってまだ１ヶ月も経っていないのに、もう２ヶ月くらい前のことのような気がするのです。

We went to Nanbantei for dinner today.  I thought we hadn’t been there for a while but we were there in the middle of March, not so long time ago.  Strangely, when I come back from a holiday, the time seems to slow down for a while.  I know it’s been less than a month since I came back from Japan but it feels more like 2 months.

いただいたものは、オクラ巻き、餃子（２オーダー、なぜか餃子は日によって焼き加減が全然違ってびちゃびちゃだったり、今日のように少しカリッとしているけど中まで熱くなかったり）、しそ巻き（わたしはなぜかこれに使われる豚バラは臭みがきになるので夫に２本とも食べてもらいます）、アスパラ巻き、とうもろこし、つくね、ミニトマト巻き。写真を撮り忘れましたが、わたしはガーリックライス、夫は白玉ぜんざいを最後にオーダー。瓶ビール３本。お会計１１０ドル。だいたい１００ドル前後です。シンガポールのディナーとしては、かなりお安いと思います。お味がだいたい安定して炒るのも良いです。でも、なぜか今日はつくねが特に美味しく感じました。いつもより生姜が効いていたような？

We had Okura-maki, Gyoza (2 order), Shiso-maki, Asparagus-maki, Sweet corn, Tsukune (meat balls), Mini-tomato-maki.  I forgot to take photos but I had Garlic Rice and my husband had Sweet Beans with Dumplings at the end.  We had 3 bottles of beer and the total bill was about S$110.  It’s almost always around S$100, I think it’s very inexpensive for dinner for Singapore.  The quality is very stable as well, although I thought meatballs were specially good today with ginger more prominent than usual.
